Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 September 2026
These terms cover the design, engineering, 3D modeling, rendering, animation and AI content work VelarVisuals provides to you. VelarVisuals is a sole proprietorship operated by Bilal Naseem from Pir Mahal, Punjab, Pakistan. By commissioning a project or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
We produce CAD models, technical drawings, 3D-printable files, renders, animations, AI-generated content and related files to the specification agreed in writing for each project. That specification covers the products or parts, deliverables, revision rounds and delivery window, and it is whatever is set out in the package you buy or the written quote we send you.
2. What you need to give us
To start we need enough reference material to work from: photographs, video, dimensioned drawings, measurements, CAD or 3D files, spec sheets, colour references, or logo and packaging artwork, depending on the project. For engineering work we also need the intended manufacturing process and material.
Delivery timelines start when we have everything we need and any required deposit, not when payment clears. If reference material is incomplete or arrives late, the timeline moves back accordingly.
3. Intellectual property
Your material stays yours. Product designs, CAD data, artwork, trademarks and confidential specifications you supply remain entirely your property. We claim no rights over any of it.
When the project is paid in full, you receive full, worldwide and permanent rights to use the deliverables commercially, and ownership of the design rights in work we created specifically for you. The source files listed in your package are delivered to you: for engineering and 3D-printable projects this includes native CAD, STEP and print files; for rendering and animation projects it includes the final renders and films and, where your package lists them, the product model files.
General studio assets that are not specific to your product, such as lighting rigs, environment scenes, textures, templates and software presets, remain our production tools. We keep a copy of your files only to serve future work and delete it on request.
Until an invoice is settled in full, delivered files are licensed to you for review only and should not be published, shared with suppliers or used for manufacturing.
4. Confidentiality and NDAs
We treat unreleased product information as confidential and limit access to the team members working on your project, each under confidentiality obligations. We will sign your NDA, or provide ours, before you send anything sensitive.
5. Portfolio use
We will not show your work in our portfolio or marketing without your written permission. If you give permission and later change your mind, we will take the work down from our own channels within a reasonable period.
6. Pricing and payment
Package prices are listed on our website and quoted in US dollars. Prices do not include taxes or transfer fees that may apply where you are.
Projects under $2,000 require 50% payment before production starts, with the balance due before final files are released. Projects of $2,000 or more are paid 40% to start, 30% at an agreed midpoint and 30% before final files. Monthly partnerships are billed in advance.
The $130 pilot render is limited to one per brand, on a first project only. It covers a single product and a single finished image, and is credited in full against your first package if you continue.
Card payments are taken through a secure Payoneer payment link; larger projects may be paid by bank transfer. We do not store or handle your card details. Invoices and payment requests show Bilal Naseem, sole proprietor, as the beneficiary, trading as VelarVisuals. This is the same business, and we can add the trading name to your invoice reference.
7. Revisions
Each package states how many revision rounds are included. A revision round is one consolidated set of adjustments within the agreed specification.
The following count as new work and are quoted separately: adding products, parts or SKUs, changing the product design after modeling has started, extra angles, scenes or drawing sheets beyond the agreed count, and changes of direction after a stage has been approved. Where a package says unlimited revisions, that covers adjustments within the agreed specification and is offered in good faith.
8. Approvals and the client portal
Projects run through a private tracking portal where you review work in progress and approve each stage. Approving a stage confirms it is correct. Reopening an approved stage later may cost extra and will move the delivery date. If we do not hear back on a stage within 7 days, we may treat it as approved after sending a reminder.
9. Delivery
Turnaround times are working-day estimates, counted from the point we have all the material we need and any required deposit. We will tell you as soon as we know if a date is at risk. Files are delivered in the formats listed in your package.
10. Engineering and manufacturing files
CAD models, drawings and print files are prepared to the specification, dimensions and process you give us, using reasonable professional care. Before committing to tooling, production or a large order, you are responsible for verifying fit, function and suitability with a physical prototype and your manufacturer's review. We are not responsible for tooling, production or material costs arising from designs that were not verified this way, or from specification changes made by you or your suppliers. We do not provide regulatory, safety or certification approval for any product.
11. Accuracy of renders and AI content
Renders are built from the material you supply. Where references are incomplete or do not match the manufactured product, we cannot guarantee an exact match. AI-generated content is checked and corrected by our artists but may contain imperfections; please review all content before publishing, and follow the disclosure rules of the platforms and marketplaces where you use it.
12. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel before production starts and get any deposit back in full. Once work has begun, refunds are calculated against the work completed. The pilot render is non-refundable once delivered; if it clearly misses the brief, meaning the wrong product, colours or materials, we redo it once at no charge. We may decline or cancel a project, refunding anything unearned, if the work would infringe someone else's rights, misrepresent a product or breach platform rules.
13. What you confirm to us
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you send us, including any product you ask us to reverse engineer, and that our work from it will not infringe anyone else's rights. You agree to cover us against claims arising from material you supplied.
14. Liability
We do not guarantee any particular commercial result. So far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to what you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, lost profits, tooling or production costs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Punjab, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer or data protection laws of your own country. Enterprise clients may agree different terms in a signed master services agreement.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one published when you commissioned it.
